Pulled in by temptation
The garden’s apple entices the eye
Desire and need takes over
Filling you with mixed emotions
You fight the need to taste the apple
To brush it along your lips
Whispers in your ear tell you to succumb
The overwhelming need
The craving for the forbidden
Just a taste to satisfy the need
But one taste will pull you under
Lose your desire
I can offer you all you need
Let me show you my temptation
The fall of my chest with each breath
Luscious red lips
Eyes of a stormy day
Tempt you beg you
Desire and need cannot be tamed
So stop trying, give in
Stop resisting it’s a losing cause
Every second drags you in farther
Take another bite
Let the taste run along your tongue
When I was 5 my mom told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down happy. They told me I didn't understand the assignment. I told them they didn't understand life.
